No refunds will be given once payment is taken, including but not limited to cancellation of the event itself. Guests will be reminded via email before their credit card is charged. If payment is declined, the guest will be notified immediately and will have two days to contact the hostel before their reservation is automatically canceled. Reservations will be held for 24 hours after arrival date, if not checked in at that point, the reservation will be canceled without refund; no-shows will be charged a $100 fine.
